New 12V Power Receptacle and plastic dust cap for the 2006-2023 Dodge Charger Police Vehicle OEM plastic console trim panel. 

It snaps into place, no tools required.  Insert the plastic retainer first, then slide the outlet into place until it snaps in flush.  The dust cap is single key notched to fit into the trim panel to prevent rotation and the 12V outlet has several keys for proper orientation into the cap retainer. 

For 2011-2021 Charger applications, if both of your power outlets are missing, you will need to order quantity 2 when placing your order.
