New USB outlet harness for the 2011 through 2020 Charger Police Vehicle.  This harness provides USB and AUX functions in the lower center dash trim between the two 12V ports when plugged into the OEM factory wiring harness (mating harness P/N is 1189909AC found under the plastic center console trim in your vehicle and is not included with this part).  It does not fit the 2021 - 2022 Charger Police Vehicle which have an elongated slot designed for the USB Hub device.
