New Explorer Police Utility Center Dash Trim Panel Assembly for 2013-2019 including:

Two (2) each 12VDC Lighter Power Outlet with hinged dust cap

One (1) each Rectangular Panel Tray Plug Filler Panel

Two (2) Bolt and Washer (for installation)

Fitment:

2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 both FWD and 4WD Explorer Utility Police Interceptors.

It is not unusual for this panel assembly with all the pieces to be missing from previous upfitting the vehicle for police service.  The new individual price on these parts totals over $180 from Ford, and not available pre-assembled.
